The main reasons why I didn't include 125MHz yet:
* by default the kernel should run with the standard 250-600MHz range
but due to bug https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7116
it would automatically switch to 125-600MHz.
* the power saving by activating 125MHz are not yet confirmed but Nokia disabled it due to instabilities
* with 125MHz enabled I noticed that the device spend most of the time at 600MHz:
