I'm getting those constantly at 800MHz (which was slightly unstable for me) but never at 750MHz or lower. I'm not a kernel expert but yes, I'm "strongly assuming" they are a sign that everything's not right.

EDIT: Actually you might be right. The kernel warnings might just happen to appear at specific clock frequencies without necessarily indicating problems. If that is indeed the case, well then.... carry on
