Ok im not crazy. Some one has been trying to help me set it up and they have a Packet data connection type -



And again here is mine. I can only set GPRS -



I read somewhere when you first insert your simcard it asks what connection type you want i.e GPRS or Packet data. Is there anyway to change this setting by x-terminal etc without having to flash the device? Thanks.
