I'll try another workaround for the minimum.
unfortunately it's not possible to fix the minimum at 125MHz after phone calls
while at the same time ignoring the default 125MHz in pmconfig.
so I'll revert to a minimum of 250Mhz in the kernel.
Many people have problems with 125Mhz, anyway.
