the problem is simple. apple will never implement flash on there iPad/iPhone/Touch.
Flash was once a way to display videos and self made animations, but slowly it became a more or less grown up programming language.
If Apple would allow users to have flash on there devices, they would also say "HEY DEVELOPERS, WE DON'T WANT YOUR MONY FOR THE DEVELOPER ACCOUNTS ANYMORE!"
it would also mean that apple would loose huge money from their app store, because flash apps are better portable to other mobiles and even Mac's, PC or Linux machines.
The whole market would collapse.

for the same reason Apple doesn't support Java on the iPad (didn't heard so much wining about that) or even the Basic V2.0 in a C64 emulator!

by the way if you are looking for people destroying apple products, then take the originals. http://www.bikinirama.de/?page_id=5 just click on one of the iPhone banners and you will see a nice video. They also kill a powerbook and a lot of other products.
