What IP address do you want to show?

The public IP address of the mobile network, or the IP address of your device?

It is not easy (in some cases not possible) to show the IP address of the mobile network, other than using www.whatsmyip.org.

It is trivial to show the IP of your device.

Depending on the network you are a subscriber of, some will assign you a publically routable IP address, while most will provide you with a private IP address.

I use a desktop widget called Personal IP Address widget. This will show you the IP address of a) your wlan0 (wifi interface) or b) gprs0 (mobile network interface).
