just went to the Letho 800/1100 ulv one ... smooth as butter. During (and after a call, I only tried ringing, not picking up and talking, the freq. goes to (and stays at) 800 ... Still at lower voltage than stock 600 as far as I know. Also the peaks to 1100 are a bit scary ... but usability is great. Maybe a peak speed of 900 would be more conservative and not sacrifice the wow-feeling too much... Maybe I'll try the new Titan kernel if he gets the ulv patches from Letho in, could be best of both worlds. Great work guys, thanks for trying to bottom this out. I feel the ulv work is offsetting my fears for premature aging. It's just a pity not all CPUs seem to like the ulv settings.
