I use the cloud for wifi and mine works fine? Filled in the form to create an account and it logs me in and away i go in a few seconds, also my ISP is BT and i get free mobile broadband with btopenzone, i can connect and use to hotspots called btfon but i think these are different to the btopenzone hotspots, something to do with bt broadband customers using their wireless routers as mini hotspots
