so, which is worse (for generating heat/shortening lifespans) higher voltage and lower clock or the opposite, a higher clock with a lower voltage?

i was happily running the normal O/C kernel @ 800, it was totally stable and i'm fine with taking the risk that the phone will last me until my next upgrade.

i just figure that 1GHz at a lower voltage will be no worse than running 800 with an increased voltage.
