Just ignore the warning. I occurs whenever the kernel changes to 800Mhz, both with Letho's and my older kernels. My latest kernels (not the one in extras*) use 810 instead of 800 and the warning does not longer show up.

The reset of 125->250 by the phone is still an issue and I'll try another workaround soon.
for now, you manually have to set it back for 124999 after every phone call.
