Basically same thing as with all OSs. That's only first installation "problem" you got there. After installing all the apps you probably will land app manager and installing new stuff about once a week. And then again you can always install stuff and multitask on browser here in download section...(stupid thing to do on when looking on overall time but you can do it)

As i said app manager could be made better. For example to select apps you want to install and then install them on one batch, but doing multitasking for this really really heavy operation is imo not right thing to do.
