Do you live in USA? If so, then the best would be to make it repaired from Nokia, which will be kinda expensive (+-100-150$) but the best way to get this done.
If it can't be repaired from Nokia, buy another screen from ebay or something like that and make it repaired by an electronic professionnal

i live in the UK... i can do it my self i repair laptops for a living

but want it done quick... insurance way wud take ages, but will phone them 2moz to find out... there is a Nokia Service center bout 20miles from me so mmm, i can get a screen for £45
