OK, i've reflashed it. reloaded my backup and installed all the apps again.

I still can't install Xournal and Simple Brightness Applet, but now, i also can't install Desktop Command Execution Widget.

I've included some xterminal results and screenshots of the errors.

I'm running the latest PR 1.1.1 firmware, the same as everybody else, so why are these files not up to date for the apps?
Surely people developing the apps (i.e. DCE Widget) won't be making dependencies higher than the n900 has so far?

Code:
$ dpkg --list |grep libhildon1
ii  libhildon1  2.2.3-1+0m5
Hildon libraries

$ dpkg --list |grep libpixman
ii  libpixman-1-0  0.14.0-9+0m5
pixel-manipulation library for X and cairo

$ sudo gainroot

/home/user # apt-get install libpixman-1-0
