ok, i was getting the problem because i was installing it by clicking on the deb file in file manager.

the xournal file installs fine with your instructions. Thanks.

But when i installed Qtirreco with "dpkg -i qtirreco_0.3.1-1_armel.deb" and then "apt-get -f install", it said it was going to remove qtirreco and install nothing, so i said "N". Now i have a qtirreco icon, but it won't work.
