Well, Nokia has something cooking for the rest of the world, my guess is the new OVI suite 3, check here: http://events.nokia.com/everyoneconnect/ Maybe they specifically delayed PR1.2 to coincide with this to show a new found TLC between their products. Just my own wild guess, either way it's in only 16 hours from now.
