Before I bought my N900 I had to choose between 3 phones. N900, an Android I can't even remember and the iPhone 3GS. I don't care about the apps and I never play games. I just want to mess with the device (I'm a CS student @ UH). So, I chose the N900.
it took me a month and a half of research before i bought my n900.

the fact that "hacking is not REALLY needed for n900 to do more stuff because its open source" (i believe they call it Hacker Friendly) is the thing i liked mostly.

and i admit, i was feeling and saying "what the Hell is this???" when i first used the n900, but then i seem to catch up as days passes by using the device.

and for some people; i believe in my humble opinion, all devices has their up and downs. just cant seem to get it when people quits seeing a problem that there is a good way to solve it.
