What you're interested in is "USB host mode". The short answer is, "no, not out of the box." The long answer is, I believe, that some people have hacked some gear together using spliced USB cables and batteries and the Linux-based flasher utility....
There is in fact (sort of) USB-OTG support available. It's not for the faint of heart, but can in fact be enabled using a custom kernel and a simple USB B-to-B adapter, no soldering required.
