Vodafone Fair Usage Policy applies - on your £40/month "unlimited" tariff you are most likely capped at 5GB/month, it is most certainly NOT unlimited (although I'd say 5GB/month is more than enough for a N900!)

That's the whole point about the giffgaff goody bag plans - unlimited means exactly that, unlimited.
Is unlimited really unlimited? We will always be honest with our pricing so the answer is yes, we are unlimited for personal users - but commercial and automated use is a no no. Mobile Internet allowances exclude PC use (including tethering).
