The displayed capacity is just what the battery itself tells it through third pin. Chances are they just copied the same thing that was in a Nokia battery's third pin, so it says something around 1230 like on original nokia battery.

Only way currently to test is to charge it to full green light and test how long it does video or music playback in offline mode.
