technically it should be possible because both the n900 and iphone have quite similar hardware, but its up to the developers to create n900-versions of their games.
Some iPhone applications are .deb packages, but if a package is a debian package that doesn't mean it can be installed
Both have very different systems for UIs and such, so even if you install a .deb package it won't work/run
