There is "cpufrequi" app but it still needs a lot more work to look as polished and full featured.

It could be the volume of information in the threads, but even the kernel install process seems more complex now. I have not seen a LV kernel that you can simply install via the internal flasher and then let it dynamically manage the clock (without having to set parameters via terminal). My current kernel clocks from 125 to 800 dynamically, but not with LV settings.

I saw the app you mentioned, but I do not have the 1.2 files needed (would not help with the volt issue anyways).
