I'm pretty sure you cannot use Lehto's kernel after updating to PR1.2.

titan's maemo25 kernel should be useable even with PR1.2 and it is highly customizable.
(although not super easy as there is no nice gui app supporting all features for it yet)

It also includes a lot of modules not included within the stock/lehto kernel.
