Sounds like a good idea Jaem, having repair information and options in one place.
I had the screen go on my old N95, it wasn't touch screen or anything, but I found a street trader who fitted it for £10. I got the screen for £30.
I normally do things like that myself, but it had those nasty ribbon cables, which are very fiddly for my fingers which are almost as wide as they are long!
As a baseline though, I'd see how much Nokia would charge - if you don't want to try yourself that is. I have no idea of places in Malta, I live in a small corner of England so can't help you on that one I'm afraid = [
