i believe so. i base my temp on how quick the phone increase temp, physically.

@800-900mhz, almost the same as the stock when using the phone with atleast 3 apps open and 2 web windows. it is noticable that after 20mins of continous phone call, the temp increases, unlike on the stock in about 40-60mins.

and mostly when i check the temp of my phone via xterm or desktop exe wdget. it shows a -40 and a reboot fixes it, so not so sure how accurate that is.
