There are lots of non-linearities you didn't take into account.
Please just don't give users the false impression of safety unless you have good evidence for your statements.

I'm sure there are many non-experts on this forum who would love to hear someone say "10 years at 1Ghz should be safe" but we simply don't know what's really safe.
Safe wrt to warranty are only the stock settings or lower voltages (but not for the data).
