Put this in /usr/share/applications/hildon/fheroes2.desktop:

[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Name=HMM 2
Comment=Heroes Of Might And Magic 2 compatible engine
Exec=/opt/fheroes2/fheroes2
Icon=hmm2
Terminal=false
Type=Application
Categories=GNOME;Application;Game;

And place the attached png file in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/hildon

For the full experience of course.
