How can you guys install applications for N900 via PC? Because I downloaded applications from my laptop.
What is the file extension of the applications that you downloaded onto your laptop? .install or .deb?
Either way, you need to transfer them to your N900 for installation.
The most straightforward way actually is to install applications from the App Manager or go to the Ovi store from the N900.

And how can you delete downloaded application in app manager, not the installed applications.
Not sure what you mean here...which screen are you talking about? In the app manager, the applications that you see in the "Download" screen are the ones that are available for you to download AND install. You cannot delete individual applications in that screen. Perhaps the wording is a little confusing to some people.
