Yes, that is something I completely agree with. Bugs should be prioritized and released separately from features and eye candy, at least those bugs who can be fixed without any larger retakes of the OS and SDK. I'd say this is a strategic mistake because it's causing bad will and as I see it, if Nokia wants to be competitive with Maemo and MeeGo in the smartphone market they can't afford that (even amongst us open source minded linux-loving customers). It's regardless if we call the device a smartphone or mobile linux computer.
