I have no problem helping, but come on, a little effort on your part isn't gonna kill you. Everything you need to know has been said already multiple times in this very same thread. Read this. "SegaCD BIOS V2.00" isn't a valid BIOS file name. Rename it to one of the valid ones. Then read this. Respect uppercases/lowercases, don't insert blanks where they don't belong, don't forget to include the file extension when typing the file name, and use the "Tab" button. It will make your life easier. If you feel like learning a bit more xterminal skills, there are plenty of tutorials in the web.
