Ah, but you're wrong. That's what I thought too, but S^3 includes GUI hardware acceleration, multitouch, a new tapping philosophy, swap support, zeroconf, and many simplified user interfaces. For developers, S^3 will ship with Qt support even though Avkon won't be removed until S^4. There's no question S^4 will be more complete, but even S60 isn't lacking in *features*, and simplification is more critical than an entirely new application suite.
