I am using titan's ideal kernel @ 500-1GHz. however. after a phone call the minimum frequency resets to 250MHz (I know this is normal.)

I also know that you can run echo 125000 250000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/avoid_frequencies or somthing along those lines which prevents this reset from happening, but only until I reboot.

my question is, any way to permanently lock minimum @500MHz?
