I could sue them I suppose if they used the idea to create a commercial product lol. But being serious I just want one, I want the software to drive it in the repositories and the hardware details as public knowledge.

na even apples lawyers cant get you for merely discussing or researching using their equipment.

but with a bluetooth box any phone with bluetooth streaming could be used, you wouldn't need anything in the repositories as the only extra software required would be built into the box. if you get the box built i'm sure many companies would be willing to run with it, and even *gasp* pay apple a licence if need be.
