To have 125MHz, i need

echo > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/avoid_frequencies
echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/ignore_nice_load
after every reboot. How can i change that?
