I know nothing about Qt, but you're missing the dependencies.
It's not a PR1.2 issue, because the repos already have PR1.2 packages.
As omeriko9 said, add the full name
libqt4-core (>=4.6.2~Git20100224-0maemo1+0m5)
Try that (change it for the other one too) ^
