I've managed to manually tune and achieve these settings stable - voltages far below Titan's "ideal" kernel settings. I tested each step as the maximum frequency under stress and then bursts of stress for about 5-10min to make sure it had no stability issues. Lots of phone crashes/reboots later, I found out the lowest voltage possible with stability for each stepping. I used the same process on my laptop, and I managed to overclock it while undervolting it just the same - rock solid for 3 years, the process extended it's practical lifetime both performance wise and battery wise.

So far with 125mhz/1150mhz as the min/max frequency, the phone has an uptime of about 21 hours, and I've put about 5 hours of that under heavy use for testing purposes.

I can't say that these will work for anybody else, but they certainly work great on mine. After 1ghz on my chip, you can see how the voltage requirement just goes up the wall for each increase in comparison to 1ghz and below, 1ghz is the sweet spot for performance and battery life on mine.

Code:
VALUE VOLTAGE FREQUENCY
12 0.7500 V 125 MHz
20 0.8500 V 250 MHz
26 0.9250 V 500 MHz
29 0.9625 V 550 MHz
31 0.9875 V 600 MHz
35 1.0375 V 700 MHz
38 1.0750 V 750 MHz
41 1.1125 V 805 MHz
43 1.1375 V 850 MHz
46 1.1750 V 900 MHz
50 1.2225 V 950 MHz
53 1.2625 V 1000 MHz
58 1.3250 V 1100 MHz
62 1.3750 V 1150 MHz
The default nokia firmware uses 1.3500v for 600mhz, but I only needed 1.2625v for 1000mhz.

I can't guarantee these will work for anybody else nor do I even recommend using them at all without doing sitting down and doing all the testing yourself, it seems I've had a much easier time overclocking my N900 on here than the majority of people. I've probably gotten lucky on the quality of my CPU.
