The Facebook installer is in the Nokia SSU repository. Not maemo.org extras.

Catalog Name: Nokia System Software Updates
Web Address: https://downloads.maemo.nokia.com/fremantle/ssu/002
Distribution: ./
Components: (blank)

When you install the Facebook Installer, it will look for Facebook Widget and Photo Uploader in Nokia Applications.

Web Address: https://downloads.maemo.nokia.com/fremantle/ssu/apps/
Distribution: ./
Components: (blank)

Just make sure you have both repositories enabled. (Or you could just look for the Widget itself. Makes much more sense, imo.)
