This happens to me quite often. The solution is to turn on "auto lock" so even if you dont manually lock it while its in your case/pocket it will lock itself and stop accidently presses. Amazing how random pressure on the screen can do do complex tasks/change settings/remove shortcuts and download illegal images :P
