From looking in my uninstall list in app manager, it would appear to be tutorial-home-applet

That is the only thing I can see that might be it and I haven't uninstalled the get started widget, only removed it from the desktop!

Edit: arrrgggghhh, too many tabs open! I had answered this before but on the wrong thread and when i went back to this one, the answer above wasn't there!
