I'm also listening a lot to audiobooks in Pannucci and I solved the problems of multiple files of the book simply by doing:

ls *.mp3 > book.m3u

from the terminal and then loading the m3u file. Pannucci remembers the position in the m3u file (though sometimes it gets reset, which is very annoying). So beside the need to visit the terminal once for every book, I fail to see the advantage of nQa.
