From memory, most of the updates have come out at 8pm NZST. That would be around 11am in Finland. Even if it were to be today for the update, I presume as it is now 3.30am in Finland, there will not be many people preparing the update for release at this time.

Please be realistic and give them time to get to work, make their coffee, read the newspaper,turn on their computers, check their email and forward a few jokes before expecting the update to be released.
