that is normal product management roadmap. You will later see that pr1.x (1.3 or whatever it is) would be created for the Brazil even or something like that.

Nokia aligns their releases with events to balance between stability/feature list to obtain new users. And they are sure you would not sell n900 back. the person who knew what the n900 is and bought it, will never switch to... (there is even nothing to switch to yet!)

so, given above priorities, why do you think they should focus on pr1.2 for entire world and not on HK1.2, Brazil1.3_MeeGo, later 'Cross' QT framework?
