Now to those that dont know me i think best you pick your words a little more carefully because this thread IS going to make a difference to EVERY N900 owner IF an email can be supplied which i very much doubt it will be.
As I stated in my previous, very serious response, I was able to speak to someone on the phone who directed me to customer care point in my country within minutes of going to nokia.com and finding a number to call to. I'm sure they would also be able to provide you with the email details you need as well.
