abill.... You asked a question: "What's a direct email address for Nokia complaints?" You got lots of answers: "There isn't one. There is a postal address, or a web form which will be processed exactly as a complaint if you include mention of the fact you wish to complain". You didn't like the answer, so you complained to the people posting, and they responded as they feel appropriate. The fact is, there doesn't appear to be any other answer, and just continuing to say you want an answer won't change that. Working in customer/technical support myself (not for Nokia), I know it's common for customers to keep asking a question of different people, excepting that somehow they are going to get the answer they want in the end, but this doesn't tend to happen. I think if you carry this on, you'll achieve nothing except to hurt your reputation (more).
