Ugh. Its funny.. the idea behind all these quarantines and voting things is so that a broken package doesn't get into extras... but yet - if a package breaks after it's in extras there is no procedure to have it removed or an emergency replacement. We've had a broken package in extras for 2 weeks or so now.
