Simply put, they should at least have proper information instead of the local Nokia store have no information at all. Despite various customers call up to inquire, check with the store. All they know is, no information.

And someone email Nokia oversea which he got disappointing reply that N900 is not planned for APAC launch. Thus, many of the fans have to opt for grey imports despite going for other smartphones or brands. But what do they get in return? Out of a sudden, there was announcement it was going to be launch in about a month time when previously nobody have a single information, and within that month itself, there was some kind of workshop and some selected people got invited for the preview and gets FREE N900, what happen to those hardcore supporter for the device?

Many of the hardcore supporter or those who wanted the N900 really wanted the official authorised local unit, but due to the poor support and lack of information from local Nokia, they have to opt for grey imports.

Whatever it is, the device is great, but the management and planning is very bad.
