Tex, you've been too soft with people - in my (not so small) experience with this almost EXACT problem, bending arms and an iron grip works MUCH better, and eventually produces the best results for the community...

I hope you won't step back as (IMHO) you're a great guy and thats the kind of a guy we need behind a community steering wheel, and BTW its never too late for the "iron grip" method
