so - the 10.x rc firmware which was out on sunday is indeed an internal release !
This screenshot looks like the tablets-dev site.
However, tablets-dev doesn't look like this. Checked it just to make sure. The HK version is not there.

(Or is the site evil enough to filter by the region where the IMEI was sold?)
