I have question - is that file
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/avoid_frequencies
depending on some kernel module , or setting ?
My kernel is titan's kernel @ ulv ...

Edit : afater some more searching - is this feautured only in 25 i have 24 from extras-testing
