Anyhow i am off to lunch.
I correct the "wrong things" part to "false statements" if you understand that better.
But if "they" (you) are constantly in the mood to question facts given by both official Nokians and insider, post false statements regarding these facts, it is not funny anymore.

I will clarify this particular case a last time:

The leaked firmware is not the same firmware installed on the recently launched devices in HongKong.
As I stated earlier in this very thread it is a different branch-line, because the chinese software differs a lot from the european or american one. The HongKong firmware is based on PR 1.2 (as the leaked one) but on an early version (like the leaked one is an early version).
The leaked one is nowhere near alpha status of the finished PR 1.2, so you can expect a lot more from the finished one.
If the leaked one appeared first on a chinese site doesn't matter. It is not the same. You stated it would be the same.
You said, that many users here are jealous, because they couldn't develop a firmware like that.
That's again wrong, Mr. Sir Engineer. They (we) are in fact very happy to see such a progress, because they (we) stated, that Nokia has not abandoned the N900 and now they (we) are confirmed in their (our) statement.
In fact we are happy, too, if this firmware auments the usefulness of your N900 for you. But we want to warn relatively unexperienced users, that they should wait for the official firmware (the firmware to be released, when Nokia thinks it is ready) to avoid problems.
Also we have the ethic moral to question the action taken by the person who has leaked this piece of software, because to decide when something is ready to be released has nothing to do with openess.
You don't need to have the same opinion, but you shouldn't tell everyone that this leaked firmware is 100% safe (which it is not!).
We said it could be a modified one. We don't know, but it could be, the possiblility is there. So be careful.

I hope this clarifies something for you.
