Just thought that the results from iPhone and Nexus One on browsermark (bit.ly/brmark) are too strange: - N900's browser can handle flash, iPhone can't; - N900's browser can handle complex pages (http://www.barclaysatpworldtourfinals.com/ for example) wich Android's browser can't (at least with HTC Hero's 1.6 Android); - ... So I had an idea: fake iPhone's user agent on N900 browser, so browser mark will think N900 is a iPhone and will show a better score... And the result: N900 with iPhone's User Agent: 18340 points N900 with default User Agent: 7680 points SHAME! So, who's to blame? I hope I'm missing something... or is it the real thing? Is BrowserMark fake and try to fool people by telling them that iPhone's browser is better than others? Is Apple paying for it? What about Nexus One results? My experiment is not 100% reliable but is a great clue... what you guys have to say? Someone with a better tech knowledge... WTF is this?
